Architectural Control
All new construction of any buildings or fences or alterations to current structures must be reviewed by the board and/or committee prior to construction/alterations.
Plans must be submitted to the Board, and will be reviewed and compared to the requirements of the published deed restrictions. Please review the Deed Restrictions, specifically Section 4.
