What We Do
Lakes at Saddle Creek Homeowners' Association promotes the safety and enjoyment of the residents within the community. When discussing Homeowner's Associations, the first thing that typically comes to mind are covenants, restrictions and violations. While these are essential functions of any HOA, much more is required to foster a quality environment which ultimately improves the value of your property.
The Association is responsible for adopting and publishing rules and regulations governing the use of common areas and facilities, setting policy for the operations of the Homeowners' Association, determining annual budgets and property assessments, and overseeing the development and maintenance of the common property of Lakes at Saddle Creek.
The board holds regular meetings for which minutes are available upon request as well as an annual meeting for the election of board members and the adoption of the annual budget. The board may appoint property owners to serve on committees such as architectural control or social development.
